01.19.09: .

I'm sure most of you are wondering what the delay is with the 2nd issue and well, the truth is the holidays just sort of snagged all of us up and got us off the working track. It happens, eggnog, beautifully wrapped presents and having everyone home for the holidays tends to derail the work process. I'm happy to report though that thing's are finally back on track. There is some good good that's come from the hiatus we've taken though, it's given me time to look over the script a little bit more and I've realized that I wasn't happy with the end. With the time constraints of getting it finished for comicon, I think I rushed through it a bit too much and tried to just wrap it up. Of course, when that happens it tends to get a little too deus ex machina for me and I hate that kind of crap. So right now I'm adding at least 8 new pages (4 of which are already done) while Brian and Daniel play catch up with the first half of the story. I'm feeling really good about the length now, we're looking at 24 pages probably, and I think it's going to allow me to tell a more cohesive story. Hopefully we can start updating the site a bit more with some stills and backstory to give you guys something more to check out. -Ham
