for good or for bad i have combined the sketch gallery pages from the old beta-angelfire site. so now all the doods & frags can do the mash in one big jangle at the reconfigurediffic sketch gallery.

but by the time this second one finally coagulated onto the page the 15 mintues were up. i think the words were too old. 5 years ago they were interesting to me. now it doesn't say much of anything. i think that's what kills it for me. i'll try it again though.

this one had been squirming around for days. it says exactly what i want it to. it took some time to figure out the look of the figures. that was a hold up. i may use this format again.

anti-up: a series of down strips bottom formed about the vague struggle with identity, memory & trust. i thought of it as a series, for about 15 minutes. a book full of colorful anti-ups seemed appealing.

no pictures with this one. just thrashing about an idea. i have a 16 page comic book baby brewing in my skull subtitled "the coast of stars" it's really gnawing at me to work on it. i have layouts for 8 pages. i have some figure designs. i have some words. what i don't have is time. it's pretty simple and basic. only one character. only one scene. which makes me want to start it even sooner. it should be a fun quickie. it's another actionless comic. my specialty.
